Dear Boulder City Council,
Thank you for hearing the voices from the community to support the Global Treaty on the Prohibition of Nuclear Weapons! This is a powerful and inspiring message for our community - that we believe in a world without nuclear weapons!
Sincerely,
community member

In honor of all victims, past and present, of nuclear weapons development and use, we are calling on our local governments to pass a resolution in support of the Treaty on the Prohibition of Nuclear Weapons (TPNW). The United Nations officially adopted the TPNW into international law in January 2021, after 50 countries ratified the Treaty. Here in the United States, over 75 state and local governments, including Denver City Council and Longmont City Council, have passed resolutions or proclamations in support of the TPNW.
Thanks to your support, Boulder is now joining this important movement!
