"The Man Who Saved the World" is about the Russian Lt. Colonel, Stanislav E. Petrov, a bitter old man who lost everything after deciding not to obey superior orders, and hereby changing the fate of the world. Few people know of him... Yet hundreds of millions of people are alive because of him. His difficult judgement call prevented the start of a worldwide nuclear war and the devastation of much of the Earth.
