• A Comprehensive Cleanup, Not a Cover-Up

• Polluters at the Site Pay Their Fair Share, Not Taxpayers Alone

• Protection of Valmont Butte from Further Development and Degradation as a Sacred Land to Native Americans and of Historic Value to Valmont Pioneer Families
