Is Rocky Flats safe enough to take your family for a hike or picnic?

The federal government says so. We at RMPJC and others strongly disagree.

We recently sent a letter to the State of Colorado's top elected officials - Governor Bill Ritter, Speaker of the House Andrew Romanoff and Senate President Joan Fitz-Gerald - urging that they withdraw any support from the State of Colorado for the federal government's plans to open Rocky Flats to public use.

Do you want to be added as a supporter? E-mail leroy@rmpjc.org. Also, after you read our letter to Governor Ritter and other attached documents, take our poll, at right. We want to know what YOU think.
Our letter to Colorado's top leadership, reported on in the Arvada Sentinel has prompted a response by the EPA. Here is our reply, by one of RMPJC's original founders, LeRoy Moore, Ph.D.

What is happening on our

What is happening on our state? Isn’t that all economic inflation? Industry analysts are predicting that a tangible change in the economy won’t be seen until mid-2010, but there are still some things you can do to lessen your tax liability this year. For any taxpayer who believes that he or she may have a large tax liability for 2009, it’s useful to know what the rules are for taking deductions. They can make the difference between having to get payday loans to come up with a substantial amount of money, breaking even, and even getting a refund. Before you decide anything about your tax report or deductions to claim, consult with a licensed and experienced tax professional.
